EuroWork for the public sector

Information classes that control where data is processed, AI labelling under Article 50, and logs that stand up to scrutiny.

Public sector organisations can’t choose between efficiency and compliance. EuroWork is built so you don’t have to.

Four information classes, one gatekeeper

Every question is classified as public, internal, confidential or forbidden. The content is reviewed before it’s sent, protection is automatically increased if something looks sensitive, sensitive data is always processed on European models, and forbidden content is blocked entirely. Under every answer, it shows where the processing took place. This is designed for anyone who needs to show a regulator how it works, not just promise that it does.

AI labelling under Article 50

Everything EuroWork generates is labelled: documents carry their AI details, images are marked according to the AI Act’s Article 50 with cryptographically signed information, and your organisation can add editorial responsibility where it applies. When the regulation’s requirements tighten, you’re already ready.

Logs, consultation responses, procurement documents

Meeting audio becomes a log in the background. The log starter knows what a decision meeting needs: what was decided, by whom, and what happens next. Documents get a version, information class and approval flow, and can be shared with selected members, fully traceable.

Sovereignty you can verify

By default, European models run on European infrastructure, and web searches first go to an EU-owned search index outside US jurisdiction. Where every part of the chain is based is openly listed on our trust page, down to the server hall, for your procurement team to review.

Named operations and monitored rules

The service isn’t just European, it’s named: both the database and application run in Frankfurt, in the same data centre region, and it’s all openly declared on the Trust page along with the sub-processors. Let the AI colleague monitor regulatory changes in your area on a schedule, so the summary is ready as a document when you arrive, with a record of every run. The meeting log also gets a ready-made follow-up draft at the click of a button, and a human reviews and sends it.

EuroWork

Your employees are already using AI, often in private accounts where no one sees what gets pasted in. EuroWork gives the same AI help in one place where you are in control: sensitive data is caught before it is sent, processing stays in the EU, every answer shows its price and management sets the rules.
