What gets pasted in at your workplace, on an ordinary Tuesday?

Before anything is sent on, the text is read through, and whatever looks like national ID numbers, health data or trade secrets gets extra protection. The screening is a judgement and can be wrong, so the box tells you what it reacted to, and it can only raise the protection, never lower what you chose yourself.
Your information stays in Europe
By default all AI processing happens with European providers, and nothing is used to train anyone else's AI. ChatGPT and Claude are optional, never for sensitive content, and can be switched off entirely.

You decide what AI may be used for, and what is switched off cannot be worked around. Every action goes into a log, and when the auditor or the data protection officer asks, the report is already there. The same holds for a council as for a company.

Since 2 August 2026, AI-made content has to be recognisable as AI-made. Built on experience from more than 7,000 organisations
EuroWork grew out of the founder's earlier company, which has kick-started and refined AI adoption at more than 7,000 Scandinavian companies and public sector organisations. The service is led by its founder Rickard Eriksson, the IT pioneer who back in 1996 created what became LunarStorm, the world's first social medium, with millions of users long before Facebook.
The same principle then as now: technology ordinary people actually use, and look forward to opening every morning. EuroWork is run by EuroWork AB, and all AI processing takes place with European providers by default. Is EuroWork GDPR compliant?
Yes. Processing happens with European providers within the EU and EEA, nothing is used to train other models, and a built-in guard detects sensitive data before anything is sent. Retention, export and audit logging are included.
Where is our data processed?
Within the EU and EEA. Text is handled by Mistral AI in France and images by Black Forest Labs in Germany, neither storing anything. ChatGPT and Claude are optional, chosen per message, and never receive sensitive content.
Can municipalities and public-sector organisations use EuroWork?
Yes. The service is built for both companies and public sector organisations across Europe, with information classification, EU AI Act reports and accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA. It is made for organisations with fewer than 250 employees.
How is EuroWork different from ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and the rest?
EuroWork is built for organisations, not individuals: your data stays in Europe, sensitive information is caught automatically, management sets rules and budget, and every request is costed. The service also picks the cheapest AI model that can handle the task.
Does it work with our existing logins?
Yes. Staff can sign in with your organisation's existing account, and new or ended employments can be handled automatically by your IT department. Neither is required to get started.
Which languages are supported?
35 European languages, both in the interface and in the AI answers. Document translation of Word and PowerPoint files preserves the formatting.
What does EuroWork cost?
EuroWork costs €15 per user per month with an included AI budget, and a hard monthly cap so costs never run away. The cost of every AI request is reported down to the cent, and payment is by invoice.
We have to do an impact assessment before we can start. Do you help with that?
Yes. The trust page has a ready-made template where we have answered everything that concerns us: where data is processed, how the isolation works, which safeguards are built in. What remains is what concerns your organisation. The same page says what we do not have, for instance that we are not yet ISO certified.
Where can I find your data protection and AI usage policy?
The full policy is openly published: what data is processed, where it is stored, how the sensitivity gatekeeper works, retention, subprocessors and your rights.
Which data protection law applies to us?
You are covered by the GDPR. By default all processing takes place within the EU and EEA, so no third country transfer arises. Only if a user actively selects an external model (an option your administrator can switch off) does a transfer to the United States occur, after automatic sensitivity screening.
