The specialist that knows your staff handbook

Create a specialist, give it your staff handbook and your routines as source material, and let it answer questions like: "What are the rules for the wellness allowance?" "How do I report care of a sick child?" The answers come from your own material, in your own tone. One of our test organisations has the specialist "Answers new hires and writes in our tone" in the menu, that’s exactly how it’s meant to work. You decide whether the specialist is just for you, shared with selected colleagues, or available to the whole organisation.

Job ads without empty phrases

The starter "A job ad that stands out" asks for concrete tasks before fancy words, and makes sure every requirement that isn’t really necessary is removed. Your job title, department, and industry are included automatically, they’re already registered, so you don’t have to write them again.

Onboarding as a workflow template

Onboarding new hires is available as a ready-made starter: a schedule for the first two weeks that builds confidence instead of overwhelming. The template appears as a starter in the workspace, ready to be adapted to the role.

Sensitive stays sensitive

Every question is classified into one of four information levels, and if something looks sensitive, protection is automatically increased. The answer is then always processed on European models, and it’s clearly stated under the answer where the processing took place. Anything that shouldn’t be processed at all is stopped before it’s sent.

The handbook in every language, and the morning on The Desk

Under Documents, in the Translate document tab, the staff handbook becomes readable in all your employees’ languages while keeping the formatting. The Desk, the start page, shows what’s been shared and what’s happened since yesterday without getting in the way. And if someone shares a document with you, you’ll get a notification.
