Perplexity Finds the Answer. What Happens Next?

Perplexity did one thing right before anyone else: providing answers with sources, by default. We’ve followed suit, and we think everyone should do the same.

But source-based search is only part of a work session, not the whole thing. Here’s what changes when searching turns into work.

Sources Aren’t Enough, They Need Grading

Perplexity shows how many sources were used. We do that too, but we also label which ones are official: government agencies, EU institutions, legal texts, statistical authorities, or standardization bodies. For a procurement officer or caseworker, the difference between twenty blogs and three official sources is critical, and that difference should be visible without clicking through the list.

What Happens After the Answer?

In EuroWork, a long answer becomes a document with version control, information classification, review, and approval. It can be shared across the entire organization or with selected members. The search is just the beginning of the work, not the end.

Where Are Your Questions Processed?

Perplexity is a US-based service that also relies on multiple third-party models. EuroWork runs European models by default and shows under each answer where the response was processed. Sensitive content is always routed to the EU, even if someone actively selects a US model for other tasks.

In-Depth Research That Takes Time

Our deep research runs as a background job. You start it, close the tab, attend a meeting, and return: the report is in the thread with a source list. No one waits for a spinning icon for ten minutes.

Your Organization’s Own Material

What Perplexity can’t do is search your own content. EuroWork searches your documents, channels, projects, knowledge libraries, and assistants—alongside the web—while respecting access permissions: no one sees anything they’re not already allowed to see. You can add your own sources, assistants, and terminology.

Cost and Control

The price per answer is visible, the quality level is chosen before the question is sent, and the organization sets a monthly spending limit. Cost logs can be tracked by function and by user.

When Perplexity Is the Right Choice

If the need is for one or two people to quickly get up to speed on a new topic, Perplexity is excellent and more affordable. If the need is for an entire organization to use AI in daily work, with traceability, sharing, and cost control, you’re looking for a different product.
