Claude writes the best. Is that enough for an organization?

We are not going to claim we write better than Claude. Anthropic’s models are among the best available for text and analysis, and they are available within EuroWork for that reason: anyone who deliberately wants to send a safe dataset to Claude can do so.

The question is what happens around the writing itself.

Where is the data you input processed?

Claude is a US-based service. For much of what you do, this is not an issue. For personal data, confidential information, and trade secrets, it is a question you need to be able to answer, with evidence. EuroWork runs European models by default, shows under each response where the data was processed, and forces sensitive content to stay within the EU even if someone actively selects another option.

What is the default setting for training?

Check this in your own instance, as it changes over time and differs between plans. The point is that control lies in a setting someone must find. With us, the answer is the same no matter who asks: content is never used to train models, and this is stated under every response.

Who sees what the AI did?

Claude’s agent mode is impressive. Our equivalent is called Uppdrag (Mission) and has one feature that outweighs capability: approval per step by default. You see which tool will be used and why, approve one step at a time, and can skip what you do not want. Every planning, approval, and execution is logged for audit purposes. For a municipality or a company under supervision, this is the difference that determines whether agents can be used at all.

What is the result?

Claude’s artifact panel is one of the best ideas in the industry, and we have built our own version. But with us, the result is not just a loose file: it becomes a document with version 1, information classification, review, approval, and sharing with the entire organization or selected individuals. The same workflow, but manageable by default.

What does a question cost?

Claude is sold per license, in dollars, with usage limits that become noticeable mid-task. EuroWork shows the price per response in your currency, the price per quality level before you send, and a cap for the total monthly cost. A balanced question to a European model costs a few cents; the same question to a top US model costs several times more. You should know this beforehand, not after.

What about those who are not tech-savvy?

Claude assumes an experienced user. EuroWork includes a course, a training bot, and a gamified learning path, plus channels and forums where colleagues share what works. This is not icing on the cake, it is the difference between three people using AI and twenty doing so.

Honest summary

If you need the sharpest writing tool for an individual, Claude is an excellent choice. If you need to answer where data is processed, what it costs, who approved what, and which version applies, then it is no longer the same question, and then you should talk to us. You can also continue using Claude within EuroWork when it suits you.
